Less paperwork for you. Better outcomes for your students.
We've spent years refining a school-based traineeship that actually works for the student, for the workplace and for the school.
Schools tell us we're easy to work with: clear paperwork, responsive coordinators, and a 95% completion rate that beats the industry average.

01
Student matching
We match each student to a workplace near them, based on availability, interests and travel time.
02
Training Plans & RTO
We coordinate with the RTO (ATC in NSW, Southern Education elsewhere) and lock in the Training Plan.
03
School integration
We make sure the traineeship counts towards your state's senior certificate — and we keep your VET coordinator in the loop.
04
Welfare & reporting
Regular check-ins with the student, semester reports back to you, and a real human you can call when there's an issue.
For school coordinators
It varies by state, but in most states the traineeship contributes credit points towards the senior school certificate. We work directly with your school coordinator to make sure it's set up correctly.
We do. Schools tell us this is one of the main reasons they keep referring students our way — we handle the RTO, the Training Plan, the workplace agreement and the reporting.
Dependent on which State you are in. Most students do their shifts after school and on weekends. Some work during school release days. Some leave school early to start their shift. Study sessions are scheduled around evenings and school holidays where possible.
Find your state's details →Just send us their name and contact details via the form on our contact page, or email info@leisureemployment.com.au directly. We'll take it from there.
