For employers
You pay the trainee a part-time wage at the trainee award rate. The training itself is government-funded — you don't pay course fees. There are also government incentive payments available depending on your state.
Minimum 7.5 hours per week, typically across 2 shifts. Most workplaces flex this up based on what fits the student and the centre.
Our RTO partners — Australian Training Company in NSW, Southern Education elsewhere. We coordinate everything; you just provide the workplace experience.
We have a probation period, and our welfare consultant works with both you and the student to fix issues fast. If it's truly not working, we'll find a better match.
